A bad and rare fracture of Femoral head with Posterior dislocation of hip.. Surgery done with Trochanteric flip osteotomy, Safe surgical dislocation of hip and fixation of fracture with Headless Herbert screws... Reduction of fracture and Reduction of hip achieved anatomically..
Hope the hip is saved, if AVN doesn't sets in

Young boy of 21 years. Had a very bad Multiple fragment distal humerus fracture.. Surgery was done with dual plate. No plaster after surgery and the boy can start exercises immediately after and start his daily activities using his affected limb....
