जब Blood Pressure लगातार 140/90 mmHg या उससे अधिक रहता है, उसे Hypertension कहते हैं.

When is it related to HEART DISEASE?
⚠️ Suspect HEART-RELATED chest pain if:
✔️ Central chest pressure/heaviness
✔️ Pain spreading to left arm / jaw / back
✔️ Triggered by walking, exertion, stress
✔️ Lasts more than 5 minutes
✔️ Relieved by rest
🚨 Associated warning signs:
Shortness of breath
Sweating
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness or fainting
👉 These increase the chances of a heart problem
🔴 High-risk individuals:
Diabetes
High BP
Smoking
High cholesterol
Family history of heart disease
⛔ EMERGENCY – Don’t ignore!
Severe chest pain at rest
Pain lasting >15–20 minutes
Not getting relief with rest
Associated sweating or breathlessness

Heart failure is a condition in which the heart is unable to pump enough blood to meet the body’s needs. It does not mean the heart has stopped, but that it is working less efficiently.
⚠️ Persons at Risk to Develop Heart Failure
People with the following conditions are at higher risk:
High blood pressure (hypertension)
Coronary artery disease / previous heart attack
Diabetes mellitus
Obesity
Chronic kidney disease
Valvular heart disease
Long-standing anemia
Excessive alcohol intake or smoking
Family history of heart disease
Elderly population
🚨 Common Symptoms
Shortness of breath (especially on exertion or lying down)
Swelling of legs, ankles, or abdomen
Easy fatigue and weakness
Persistent cough (sometimes with frothy sputum)
Rapid or irregular heartbeat
Sudden weight gain (due to fluid retention)
Reduced exercise capacity
