1️⃣ Nutrient timing matters! 🍳 Eat selenium-rich foods like nuts & seeds in the morning, iodine-rich foods like iodised salt, sea foods, curd, and corn at lunch, and iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils, and chicken liver at dinner.
