Questioning if the time is right? Here are five signs you are ready for a YTT

1. You Want to Deepen Your Practice Beyond the Mat

You already love yoga asana but you’re curious to know more about yoga philosophy, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and how yoga can be a way of life.

2. You Feel the call to Share Yoga with Others

Even if you don’t plan to teach right away, you feel inspired to pass on what yoga has given you to those around you. You know that this will be an essential tool for modern living and a way to share what you love.

3. You’re Seeking Personal Transformation

MYT YTT is as much an inner journey as it is a training. If you feel ready for self-inquiry, growth, and stepping outside your comfort zone, that’s a strong sign.

4. You’re Committed to Consistency

You’ve either developed a regular yoga practice (even if it’s not daily) or you are ready to. It's the right time to dedicate time and energy to study, practice, and self-discipline.

5. You’re Curious About Yoga’s Roots

You want to go beyond the surface of yoga and explore its philosophy, history, ethics, and how ancient teachings apply to modern life.

Jnana (ज्ञान) “gyāna” Jnana means knowledge, wisdom, or insight. It comes from the Sanskrit root jñā, meaning “to know.”

Jnana refers not just to intellectual understanding but to direct, experiential knowledge of the Self (Ātman) and ultimate reality (Brahman). In yogic philosophy, this wisdom is beyond learning from a book or theory, it is a deep realization that dissolves ignorance (avidyā) and reveals truth

Key practices that cultivate Jnana
Śravaṇa – listening to spiritual teachings (scriptures, guru).
Manana – reflecting on those teachings to remove doubts.
Nididhyāsana – deep meditation and contemplation until knowledge becomes direct realization.

✨ Meet Sasa Siddho ✨

Co-founder of MYT yoga school & Senior Anatomy Teacher at MYT Yoga School. Sasa will be leading our 200 and 300 hour YTT in Bali.

Raised in a traditional Hindu family in India, Sasa’s early life was steeped in mantra recitation, yogic practices, and ta***ic ceremonies. This foundation shaped her spiritual path and eventually led her to Osho’s Ashram in Pune in 2017, where meeting Risi SriVaso marked a transformative chapter in her journey.

On her 21st birthday, Sasa received initiation into the Osho lineage of meditation — a turning point that deepened her commitment to spiritual exploration. Her journey continued at MYT Yoga School, where her dedication and passion for yoga soon saw her rise to become one of our Directors. 🌿

As a teacher, Sasa blends Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and the science of anatomy with clarity and heart. She has a gift for making complex concepts in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics accessible, joyful, and inspiring for her students.

We are so grateful to have Sasa guiding our community with wisdom, depth, and devotion. 💫

💃✨ Move. Flow. Express. ✨💃

As yoga practitioners, we know it’s not just about the poses—it’s about being fully in your body. Dance lets us celebrate movement, feel the music pulse through us, and express ourselves freely.

Let go of judgment, surrender to the rhythm, and let your body tell its story. Every twist, jump, and sway becomes a meditation in motion—a joyful celebration of presence, energy, and self-expression.

🌿 Your yoga practice doesn’t end on the mat—let it flow into life, into music, into movement.

💌 How do you love to move your body outside your yoga practice? Tell us below!

🌀 Citta Vṛtti Nirodhaḥ (योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः)
Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras open with this timeless teaching: Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.

Citta = mind-stuff, consciousness
Vṛtti = waves, fluctuations, movements
Nirodhaḥ = stilling, quieting, bringing into balance

Every day, our minds are pulled in many directions, the past, future, anxieties, worries, obsessions, desires. These ripples (vṛttis) create restlessness and disconnection. Through practice: breath, asana, meditation, self-inquiry we calm these waves. 🌊✨

When the mind grows quiet, we reconnect to our natural state: clarity, presence, and inner peace. Yoga returns us home to stillness. 🕉️

✨Our Values at MYT Yoga School ✨

At the heart of MYT, we embrace the three sacred tools of transformation:
🌸 Mantra – the power of sound and vibration
🌸 Yantra – the focus of sacred geometry and meditation
🌸 Ta**ra – the art of weaving together body, mind, and spirit

These timeless practices are the foundation of our philosophy, guiding us toward balance, clarity, and spiritual growth.

Our mission goes beyond training yoga teachers. We are here to cultivate catalysts for positive change — humans who shine their light, uplift their communities, and embody yoga in every aspect of life.

🌿 At MYT Yoga School, each program is a step toward unlocking your full potential — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. 🌿

Ojas (ओजस्, pronounced oh-jus) is a Sanskrit term that translates to vitality, vigor, or essential energy.

Often described as the “fluid of life” or the “essence of vitality,” Ojas supports both spiritual growth and physical wellbeing.

It is the subtle essence of all bodily tissues, created when digestion and assimilation are optimal. Ojas is the foundation of immunity, strength, and resilience, both physical and mental. Associated with radiance, vitality, stable energy, and emotional balance.

When Ojas is strong, a person feels vibrant, grounded, and full of life force. When depleted, there’s fatigue, dullness, or susceptibility to illness.

How are you feeling? Do you feel full of Ojas or possibly this is something to cultivate through deeper yoga practice?
