Yoga means "Union" It is not just about Asana practice, It is a union of body,mind and soul. My main focus is how to integrate yoga in daily life.It's not just one hour of practice a day. I work on individuals as their needs, giving them tools to use different yoga and meditation practice, which gives them the ability to move from stress to state of relaxation. As i have been working also as a therapist, I focus on different meditation techniques, As per individual needs. Every individual is unique, Keeping that in mind after talking with individuals, I use different techniques of active or passive meditation which is supportive to go deeper in our inner growth.

I just finished 34 days of pilgrimage in North India… in the sacred land of Krishna… and something shifted in me in such a simple, beautiful way.

Being here — in this land of devotion — you can actually feel trust in the air.
There’s this softness, this quiet protection, this natural holding… and it keeps bringing you back into your own heart.
In India, devotion isn’t a practice — it’s something you breathe without even trying.

What kept coming to me again and again was how devotion is such a high frequency.
Being around people who live with so much surrender, love, and commitment to something higher… it creates a flow that holds everyone.
It kept us healthy, guided, and so open throughout the journey.

And I realised so deeply that
the comfort of the heart matters more than anything.
When your heart is full of gratitude and surrounded by love, it becomes peaceful — and life just moves with its own grace.

The biggest teaching for me was surrender.
Because devotion is simply love, trust, and surrender coming together.
And when that happens, everything becomes lighter… softer… more effortless.

The mind stops where devotion begins.
​20th day of my 3 days into this 300km walking pilgrimage through Braj-Vrindavan, the sacred land of Krishna, and what a profound surrender it has been.
​Living simply—in tents, with basic food—has stripped everything away, revealing an unwavering bliss beneath every high and every low. The surrounding devotional energy of thousands of pilgrims creates an immense frequency of joy that silences the internal noise. This journey is proof: when you trust the higher path, you are perfectly guided.
​Loving this beautiful life on the road.

Varun Mudra (Mudra of Water)
