CEREBELLAR HEMANGIOBLASTOMA of vermis with very high vascularity. there is always a draining vein which is to be ligated in the end if divided early can make tumor swell and bleed and surgery can be in trouble. in more common cystic variety one get space to work around nodule and remove easily, where as solid one can be really challenging. in this case tumor was in superior part of cerebellar vermis with large dilated veins on posterior aspect and feeding arteries coming from anterior aspect.

Some of the Pituitary macroadenoma cases done in last few days. Skull base surgery is perfect example of team work in various specialties from radiology, endocrine, opthalmology, ENT, pathology and Neurosurgery. I thank my ENT colleague and friend Dr Rajeev Kapila for being part of this wonderful team. Sharing knowledge and team work always translate into better results and patient care. Post op nasal morbidity can be minimised and patient can go back to routine life at the earliest.🙏😊
