Homemade healthy pizza, made with fresh veggies and lots of love π‘β¨

π π©βπ³ π π₯π‘ Homemade Healthy Pizza Recipe
π Ingredients
For the base
β’ Whole wheat flour β 1 cup
β’ Dry yeast β 1 tsp
β’ Warm water β Β½ cup
β’ Olive oil β 1 tbsp
β’ Salt β Β½ tsp
β’ Sugar or honey β Β½ tsp
For the sauce
β’ Tomato puree β Β½ cup
β’ Garlic (grated) β 1 tsp
β’ Olive oil β 1 tsp
β’ Oregano / mixed herbs β Β½ tsp
β’ Salt β to taste
Toppings
β’ Capsicum (bell pepper) β sliced
β’ Onion β thin slices
β’ Tomato β slices
β’ Mushroom β sliced
β’ Broccoli / zucchini β optional
β’ Mozzarella cheese β Β½ cup (or low-fat cheese)

1οΈβ£ Prepare the dough
β’ Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Rest 5β10 minutes until foamy.
β’ Add flour, salt, olive oil. Knead into soft dough.
β’ Cover and rest for 1 hour until doubled.
2οΈβ£ Make the sauce
β’ Heat oil, add garlic, tomato puree, herbs, and salt.
β’ Cook for 5β7 minutes. Let cool.
3οΈβ£ Assemble pizza
β’ Preheat oven to 200Β°C (392Β°F).
β’ Roll dough into a thin base.
β’ Spread sauce evenly.
β’ Add vegetables and sprinkle cheese.
4οΈβ£ Bake
β’ Bake for 12β15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.
