बऱ्याच लोकांना हे माहिती नसावं..

१) पायली म्हणजे चार शेर म्हणजे सात किलो
२) अर्धा पायली ( आडसरी ) म्हणजे दोन शेर म्हणजे साडे तीन किलो
३) एक शेर म्हणजे अंदाजे दोन किलो
४) मापट म्हणजे अर्धा शेर म्हणजे साधारण एक किलो
५) चिपट म्हणजे पाव शेर म्हणजे साधारण अर्धा किलो (५०० ग्राम)
६) कोळव म्हणजे पाव किलो (२५० ग्राम )
७) निळव म्हणजे आतपाव ( १२५ ग्राम )
८) चिळव म्हणजे छटाक (५० ग्राम )

ही जुनी मापने मोजण्याची पद्धत.
