We were pleased to welcome Dr. Makarand Jawadekar to Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Pimpri, Pune, during his visit to our facilities.

Sharing his thoughts on the experience, Dr. Jawadekar remarked, “Really a great place for doing "Simulation work" for Med Students and Surgery. Amazing place!”

His appreciation reflects our continued focus on simulation-based training as an integral part of surgical education. By providing structured, hands-on learning in a controlled environment, Simulation work helps medical students strengthen clinical skills, decision-making and build procedural confidence before entering real-world clinical settings.

We continue remain committed to advancing medical education through innovation and robust academic infrastructure that supports the next generation of surgeons.

Across India, the harvest is welcomed in many ways. It has different names, flavours and traditions. Some fly kites, some gather around the pongal pot, others light a fire or share sweets. What connects them all is the feeling of gratitude and togetherness.

On our campus too, this season reflects who we are, a community shaped by many cultures, learning side by side with a shared sense of purpose.

Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Pimpri, Pune is proud to have collaborated with Maharashtra Hotel Management School to conduct a comprehensive medical camp on their campus.

Our dedicated medical team provided health check-ups and medical guidance while also engaging students in meaningful conversations around health awareness, preventive care and the importance of early diagnosis.
