When you are in love with divine and self, you don't know why you simply smile even after a hectic day, but you smile!

When you fall in love with what you do with grace , your work is not work, even after 10 hrs of work, you do rest and look forward to do more again, and you smile!

You get up and get ready even if you have body pain , but deep inside you know when I work and achieve, it just goes, and you smile!

You just smile and smile!

Loving my divine guruji for the blessed life I have, with people I am surrounded with, the care and support I receive from the universe and deep contentment I am living with! Anantam shukarana!

As if my life has now started in a new way and more to come, though in new simplicity, new grace and my divine gifted loving smile!

2024 to 2026 has been a turn around, I thank guruji for everything he has done for me, I don't think I deserve this unconditional love from my guruji, he gives you when you surrender, he takes care of you deeply, he knows everything!

He has given what I don't think I deserve, but that's the way my shiva is, and his divine grace!

I have always lived my life in full and this time I am just flowing with my guruji and just doing my small steps, the only prayers I have is whatever I do gets me and people closer to him/Shiva. The only prayer I have is whatever I do, that help/support millions of people achieve their dreams and have hopes in difficult times.

I am not living a perfect life and that's the perfect smile he gives again!

The biggest leadership trend of 2026 is upskilling. And yes, upskilling for leaders.

Al isn't just coming for jobs.

It's coming for outdated thinking, lazy leadership, rigid egos, and leaders who stopped learning.

If leaders don't upskill their ideas, values, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and way of working, it will become very easy to replace them, with someone who collaborates better with Al.

Leadership in 2026 won't be about authority.

It is about relevance.

Read. Reflect. Stay on the ground. Talk to your people.

Listen to what's actually troubling them.

Build judgment, not just decks.

Wisdom, not just speed.
