Many people with jaundice wonder what they should eat or avoid. There’s a common belief that foods like eggs, yolk, or non-vegetarian items should be restricted, but that isn’t necessary. What matters most is staying well-hydrated with plenty of clean, boiled, or cooled water and eating light, easy-to-digest meals rich in carbohydrates and starches.
