What causes difficulty in conceiving?

Difficulty in conceiving can happen for many reasons, and understanding the cause is an important first step toward pregnancy. An experienced Infertility specialist helps identify common fertility concerns such as hormonal imbalance, irregular ovulation, PCOS, blocked fallopian tubes, thyroid issues, age-related changes, or male fertility factors like low s***m count. Delayed pregnancy does not always mean infertility, but timely evaluation can help couples understand their reproductive health clearly.

With guidance, couples can better understand fertility testing, reproductive health, and suitable treatment pathways based on individual needs. In some cases, lifestyle improvements, nutrition, or medical support may help improve conception chances, while others may benefit from advanced fertility care. Emotional wellness and early diagnosis also play an important role in this journey.

Understanding both male and female fertility factors can support informed decisions and better pregnancy planning.

• Hormonal imbalance may affect fertility
• PCOS can impact ovulation
• Male fertility factors matter
• Age affects reproductive health
• Early testing supports better clarity

With compassionate fertility care, Dr. Aboli Chandge focuses on accurate diagnosis, reproductive wellness, and personalized guidance to help couples move confidently toward parenthood.

A Pap smear is a simple screening test that helps detect early changes in the cervix before they turn into cancer.

What happens during the procedure?
A small sample of cells is gently collected from the cervix during a pelvic exam. It is quick, usually painless, and takes only a few minutes.

Who should get it?
• Women aged 21–65 years
• Sexually active women
• As advised by your doctor (frequency depends on age & reports)

Why is it important?
• Detects precancerous changes early
• Helps prevent cervical cancer
• Safe, quick, and life-saving screening tool

Regular Pap smears + HPV vaccination = strong protection against cervical cancer.

Don’t wait for symptoms. Screening saves lives.

Cervical cancer is a cancer of the cervix (lower part of the uterus), most commonly caused by persistent infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

Symptoms to watch for:
• Abnormal vaginal bleeding (between periods / after in*******se / after menopause)
• Unusual vaginal discharge
• Pelvic pain or pain during in*******se
(Early stages may have no symptoms)

Screening methods:
• Pap smear – detects precancerous changes
• HPV testing – detects high-risk HPV infection
Regular screening helps detect changes early and prevent cancer.

Vaccines available:
HPV vaccines (like Gardasil 4 & Gardasil 9) protect against the most common cancer-causing HPV types.
Recommended for girls and boys (ideally before sexual activity), but can be taken later as well after medical advice.

Cervical cancer is preventable.
Vaccination + regular screening can save lives.

Safe abortion is healthcare—not a stigma.

When done under proper medical guidance, abortion is safe, legal, and essential for protecting women’s health. Yet, lack of awareness and fear often push women toward unsafe practices.
Every woman deserves accurate information, privacy, and respectful care.
Let’s replace fear with facts. 🤍

📌 If you or someone you know needs guidance, always consult a qualified gynecologist.
