What is Panchakarma? 🌿

🌿 Mātrā (Quantity) in Ayurveda – The Secret to Balanced Living 🌿

In Ayurveda, Mātrā means knowing the right quantity – not just of food, but also of movement, rest, and emotions.
It applies to your Āhār (Diet), Vihār (Lifestyle), and Vyāyām (Exercise).

🍽️ Āhār (Food & Drink):
A healthy digestive fire (Agni) depends on what and how much you eat.
✅ Eat only when you’re truly hungry
✅ Avoid drinking too much water right before or after meals – it cools your Agni
✅ Always choose easy-to-digest, sattvic food

👉 Your food intake should follow this Mātrā principle:
🔸 50% Solid Food
🔸 25% Liquids
