to pause before acting, to respect the process, to choose what’s necessary over what’s popular.
Not every condition needs intervention. Not every patient needs more. Some need less, done right.

Entrepreneurship taught me responsibility,
because when your name is on the door, decisions ripple beyond spreadsheets. They affect trust, teams, outcomes, and lives. Leadership, like medicine, leaves no room for shortcuts.

Skin taught me patience ,
it remembers everything. Stress. Sun. Sleep. Care. Neglect.

Every day I step into multiple worlds,doctor, guide, mentor, friend, and sometimes just me.

Between consultations, research, shoots, and the endless hustle, I’ve learned that confidence isn’t just about the way you look,
it’s about how you carry yourself through the chaos, how you nurture your skin and your spirit, and how you honor the work behind every result.

These black-and-white moments are more than just frames,they’re pauses in a life that’s always in motion. They’re reminders that beauty isn’t perfect; it’s persistent. It’s showing up, even when the schedule is packed, even when the roles are many, even when the day tests you. Skin, confidence, career, care,they all intersect when you embrace the journey fully.

Introducing SAURASHTRA’s First transformative technologies at RARE WELLNESS STUDIO, Porbandar !

This is a very special point in my journey, because with this launch, we become Saurashtra’s FIRST clinic to offer this trio of transformative technologies.

This achievement didn’t happen overnight, it came from months of thinking about what my clients really need, what gaps exist in our region, and how I can genuinely make a difference in people’s lives.

Every week, I meet clients who tell me how difficult it is to lose stubborn fat from the belly, back, arms or thighs, even after years of dieting and gym efforts. Their frustration stays with me, and it pushed me to bring in the new technology to my home, Porbandar.

I wanted Porbandar to have access to the same quality of treatments that people usually find only in bigger cities. And today, offering this level of technology feels like a dream turning into reality, not just for me but for everyone who trusts my work. This step isn’t just about machines ,it’s about raising the standards of aesthetic care in Saurashtra and giving people hope that change is possible, right here at home

Over the past years and , I’ve had the privilege of treating individuals who trust me with their skin, their confidence, and often, their unspoken fears.

Dermatology isn’t just about conditions, it’s about conversations. It’s about listening closely, observing deeply, and guiding patients towards decisions that feel right for them, not just clinically... but emotionally too.

As our studio grows, so does my commitment to offer care that is ethical, evidence-based, and holistic. From preventive skin health to advanced aesthetic solutions, every treatment I design is rooted in one intention, to help people feel more at home in their own skin.

This year, Rare grew, and somewhere between the long hours, the quiet breakthroughs, and the honest conversations, so did I. Growth looks glamorous only from the outside.

In reality, it’s made of small, stubborn decisions:to choose depth over noise, science over shortcuts, and people over popularity.

At Rare Wellness Studio, Porbandar, I learned something simple but unforgettable, Healing isn’t linear, and neither is leadership. You don’t rise because you know more.You rise because you care enough to question more.

Holistic care sounds poetic, but in practice, it asks for patience, precision, and an uncomfortable amount of truth-telling.

Skin doesn’t lie, and neither should a doctor. So this year, I chose honesty, with my patients, with my work, with myself.

Rare didn’t just expand as a studio; it expanded as an idea:that wellness can be intentional, aesthetic care can be mindful, and a clinic in a coastal town can set standards that echo far beyond it.

If 2025 taught me anything, it’s this ,real progress happens quietly,and then one day, people call it success.
