Medicine taught me restraint,
to pause before acting, to respect the process, to choose what’s necessary over what’s popular.
Not every condition needs intervention. Not every patient needs more. Some need less, done right.
Entrepreneurship taught me responsibility,
because when your name is on the door, decisions ripple beyond spreadsheets. They affect trust, teams, outcomes, and lives. Leadership, like medicine, leaves no room for shortcuts.
Skin taught me patience ,
it remembers everything. Stress. Sun. Sleep. Care. Neglect.
There are no overnight miracles here, only consistent choices that compound quietly.
This is how I practice.
This is how I build.
