Diligent clinical examination by Chakraborty Hospital saves life

Yet again a precious life could be saved by Doctor in the Chakraborty Hospital, thanks to timely examination and diagnosis conducted by Dr Sudip Chakraborty. A middle aged patient came to Chakraborty Hospital with giddiness & slight imbalance while turning to one side. On clinical examination her left carotid artery of neck was found to be weak in pulsation. It's a major artery supplying the brain which if blocked, can lead to major stroke. Hence immediate MRI angiography of neck blood vessel was done only to find that 90% of the internal carotid artery was blocked. Immediate stenting by neurologist was advised & carried out. Hence a simple but diligent clinical examination prevented a major catastrophe.
