💫 Try this simple 4-4-6 Breathing Technique to calm your nervous system and drift into deep rest:

✨ Step 1: Breathe in for 4 counts
✨ Hold for 4 counts
✨ Exhale slowly for 6 counts
(Repeat this for 5 cycles)

Why it works?
👉 The longer exhale activates your vagus nerve—the secret switch to your rest-and-digest mode.
👉 It quiets racing thoughts and signals your brain: “You’re safe. It’s okay to let go.”
