Young people more and more are starting to look like this from testing, IPads, etc. Weakness of the mid and lower traps contributes to this posture. NKT often finds the pecs, upper traps, and neck extensors overworking and the mid and lower trap underworking. This article discusses the role of the traps in shoulder pain and poor posture.
