Adjuvant physiotherapy can considerably influence postoperative/radiation therapy speech, swallowing function, increase the range of motion of neck and shoulder movement, reduce pain, enhance mouth opening and alleviate lymphedema. Physiotherapy management of Oral cavity cancer patients from pretreatment set up through perioperative management to posttreatment rehabilitation can improve poor quality of life of oral cavity cancer patients.
