As per Ayurveda, postnatal period i.e.the span after delivering a baby by a pregnant lady is termed as Sutika kaal and the regimen that helps the women to regain her lost vitality and helps her body to revert back to prepregnant state is termed as Sutika Paricharya.
It's need to be followed for 45 days.
