Ingredients: Shredded Beetroot, Carrots, chopped tomatoes. (No need to add flavors like salt or chaat masala)

Beetroot which are rich in folic acid and vitamin C, are the primary ingredient of this simple salad. red vegetables, like tomatoes 🍅 may help reduce the risk of diabetes, osteoporosis, and high cholesterol. Deeper colors, like the dark hue of beets, usually means that the vegetable is richer in these phytonutrients including antioxidants, carrots 🥕 have been shown to help prevent cancer, fight chronic illnesses, and strengthen the immune system.

So start drinking juices or smoothie of fresh vegetables and fruits. It's more interesting and easy to consume and it has similar benefits as a salad have.

Tip: Remember to choose only that vegetables which we use as salad (we serve raw).

If you eat a healthful diet rich in fiber, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, “you will be able to detoxify your system 100 percent of the time."
