*आज (२६ जानेवारी) ‘प्रजासत्ताक दिन...’*

आज ‘प्रजासत्ताक दिन...’ थोर नेते डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली ३०८ सदस्यांच्या समितीने राज्यघटना तयार केली. २६ जानेवारी १९५० रोजी देशात राज्यघटना लागू झाली. देशाचा कारभार संविधानातील तरतुदी आणि नियमानुसार चालणार असल्याचे अधोरेखित झाले. या दिवशी भारत प्रजासत्ताक देश बनल्याचे जाहीर झाले.

लोकांनी, लोकांच्या कल्याणार्थ राबविलेली सत्ता / कारभार असा ‘प्रजासत्ताक’ शब्दाचा अर्थ आहे. यानिमित्त दरवर्षी देशात २६ जानेवारी हा दिवस ‘प्रजासत्ताक दिन’ म्हणून साजरा होतो. सर्व धर्म, जाती आणि संप्रदायांमधील लोक एकत्र येत हा राष्ट्रीय सण साजरा करतात. तिरंगा ध्वजाला नमन करतात. यामागे आपल्या राष्ट्रीय ध्वजासाठी असंख्य स्वातंत्र्यसैनिक, क्रांतिकारक, नेते, नागरिक, विद्यार्थी, सैनिक, पोलीस या सर्वांनी प्राणांचे बलिदान दिले आहे, त्याचे स्मरण करण्याची आणि त्यांना आदरांजली वाहण्याची भावना आहे. दरवर्षी दिल्लीमध्ये इंडिया गेटपासून राष्ट्रपती भवनापर्यंत राजपथावर परेड आणि रॅलीचं आयोजन केलं जातं.

देशाला सर्वच क्षेत्रात प्रगतीपथावर नेणे, प्रत्येक भारतीयाचे कर्तव्य आहे.
