Get everyday with these 7 power-packed moves! These moves are simple to do, but they are very effective at building muscle strength and , improving cardiovascular fitness, and strengthening your core. You can do these moves at home, at the gym, or even outside. Aim to do 2-3 sets of 10-15 repetitions of each move, and challenge yourself to increase the number of sets and repetitions as you get stronger.
