Industry: Pharma Franchise
🏢 Company Name: Skylarr Labs Pvt. Ltd.
💰 Salary Range: ₹25k to 35k per month , TA/DA -12k - 18k
Incentives - 5k-10k per franchise closure
🕒 Experience: 5–7 years (Pharma franchise experience preferred)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 3-4 franchise meetings per day
Explain franchise model, product portfolio & investment plans
Follow-up with hot prospects
Visit franchise to map territory potential
Maintain daily reporting sheet & share live location updates during field visits
Handle documentation & onboarding
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
5 years in channel sales/franchise onboarding/distributor appointment
Not MR-only background
Good communication & convincing skills
Willing to travel 15-20 days/month
