I also did not have time 😔!

I would wake up in the morning, rush through my exercises, rush to kitchen to prepare dabbas, get my kids ready for school, rush to office, rush back from office, make children study, serve dinner to family, put my kids to bed..

I was always short of breath.. no time to think.. no time to de-stress. Life was like running on a treadmill.. running and running without reaching anywhere.

*And then..* 

I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, Pre-diabetes, Uterine Fibroids and I was fast putting on weight.
 

I was irritable with my kids.
I was resentful towards my husband.

I was showing anger at work, on my team, on my help staff.
My health was suffering.
My home was suffering.
My career was suffering.

I realised… I cannot keep saying.. 

 
I do not HAVE time.

 
If I really wanted to change my circumstances,

By not MAKING time for your health, you are putting your body, mind, emotions, happiness, family, career, finances in vulnerability.
