recently operated case of Omphalocele on a 1 day baby. It is a rare condition in which bowel (sometimes stomach,liver) comes out of belly through belly button. This are sporadic cases no specific genetic mutation.But can be associated with chromosomal abnormalities & heart ,lung ,kidney defect. Surgery went well and baby is good.

एक दिवसाच्या बाळाचे ओपरेशन केल. ही एक दुर्मिळ स्थिती आहे ज्यामध्ये पोटातील बेबीतून आतडी (कधीकधी पोट, यकृत) पोटातून बाहेर येते. हे घटनांमध्ये कोणतेही विशिष्ट अनुवंशिक उत्परिवर्तन होत नाही. परंतु गुणसूत्र विकृती आणि हृदय, फुफ्फुसे, मूत्रपिंडातील दोषांशी संबंधित असू शकते. शस्त्रक्रिया चांगली झाली आणि बाळ चांगले आहे.
