A case of root canal treatment with teeth 15 and 16..

O/e deep occlusal and proximal caries noticed with 15 and 16..

16 as expected got 4 canals.. mb1,mb2,distal and Palatal..
mb2.. yes it's present almost 90% of times..

15 got 3 canals.. yes molarisation of a premolar.. 2 Buccal n 1 Palatal.. occurrence of getting 3 canals in 2nd is less compared to 1st premolar.. lucky one to find that.. yay..!!

BMP done with hybrid technique.. with the help of hand k files n Flexicon rotary system..

Irrigation done with sodium hypochlorite, normal saline n 17% liquid edta..

Activation done with MDA method by using gp as well as sonic method by using flosser ..

Obturation done with lateral condensation followed by warm vertical compaction with hand pluggers..
