Intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing functional food formulations with different trials
2. Conducting stability studies in coordination with analytical R&D
3. Taking trials of different same active ingredients to be applied in different foods
4. Following good laboratory practices while taking trials and research
5. Coordinating with the regulatory department for different aspects/updates in food laws
6. Coordinating with marketing/business development team for different projects
7. Making sure all the ingredients required for trials are in place
8. Sourcing the ingredients new requirement and follow up
9. Working towards developing functional food & snack items
Stipend : 2500₹/ month
