2. Academic & Research Contributions (30 Points)
• Publications in Peer-Reviewed Journals – 5 Points per publication (Max 10)
• Thesis Published – 5 Points (If No = 0)
• Paper/Poster Presentation at National/International Conference – 5 Points (If No = 0)
• Book Chapter/Book Authorship in ENT – 5 Points (If No = 0)

3. Recommendations & Leadership (15 Points)
• Recommendation Letter from Recognized ENT Faculty/Senior SEO Member – 5 Points (If No = 0)
• Leadership Roles in ENT Societies/Associations – 5 Points (If No = 0)
• Mentorship or Teaching Experience – 5 Points (If No = 0)

4. Clinical & Surgical Skills (20 Points)
• Hands-on Training in Endoscopic ENT Surgery (Workshops/Fellowships) – 10 Points (If No = 0)
• Experience in Endoscopic or Microscopic ENT Surgery (Self-Reported & Verified by Institution) – 10 Points

5. Extracurricular Achievements (10 Points)
• Awards & Recognitions in ENT – 5 Points (If No = 0)
• Non-Medical Extracurricular Achievements (Music, Sports, Art, Social Work, etc.) – 5 Points

6. Final Interview & Personal Statement (10 Points)
• Statement of Purpose (Why do you deserve the SEO Travel Fellowship?) – 5 Points
• Interview Performance (Clarity of Goals, Enthusiasm, Knowledge, and Communication Skills) – 5 Points

Total: 100 Points
• Minimum Qualifying Score for Fellowship Consideration: 50 Points
• Top-Scoring Candidates Will Receive the SEO Travel Fellowship
