आजकाल प्रत्येक दुसऱ्या व्यक्तीला Vitamin D deficiency का असते?
या video मध्ये मी चुकून “open air” असं म्हटलं, पण खरं कारण आहे – sunlight कमी मिळणं!
Check out the video to understand the real reason and what you can do.सकाळचा sunlight सर्वात सुरक्षित आणि फायदेशीर — त्या वेळी 15–20 मिनिटं उन्हात बसा, आणि त्या वेळी sunscreen लावू नका, म्हणजे शरीरात Vitamin D नीट तयार होईल!

सकाळी 7 am ते 9 am या वेळेत सूर्यप्रकाशात बसणं फायदेशीर असतं कारण UVB rays त्या वेळी present असतात, पण midday सारखे harsh नसतात.
काही research नुसार Vitamin D साठी सर्वात efficient UVB हा 10 am ते 2 pm मध्ये असतो, पण त्या वेळी skin damage चा धोका जास्त असतो.

म्हणून early morning sunlight हा एक safe compromise आहे जो सर्वसामान्यांसाठी recommend केला जातो.

☀️ Sunscreen UVB rays block करतो, जे Vitamin D synthesis साठी आवश्यक आहेत.
म्हणून Vitamin D purposes साठी, 15–20 minutes unprotected sun exposure (face, arms, legs) सकाळच्या वेळेत घेणं safe आहे – आणि नंतर गरज असेल तर sunscreen apply करा.
