🔹 Interesting Case 🔹
A male in his late 50s presented with NSTEMI.
📌 CAG findings: Ostio-proximal LAD 80–90% stenosis, with a favorable LAD–LCX angle.
📌 Decision: PTCA to Ostial LAD planned.
📌 Approach: Safe femoral access.
📌 Outcome: Excellent final result, no complications, patient discharged stable on Day 2.
👉 Key Point: Ostio-proximal LAD lesions are technically challenging due to angulation, plaque burden, and risk of compromise to LCX. Careful planning of access and stent positioning is crucial to ensure long-term patency and safety.
