6 months. Countless battles. 💔
Left eye blindness.
hospitalizations.
Spine puncture. MRI.
Finally diagnosed with Optic Neuritis.
Heavy steroids. Nerve medicines.
Weight gain. Pain. Fear.
But I didn’t give up.
And today…
By God’s grace, I’m healing. ✨
Day 1 ✨
Finding balance again…
one stretch, one breath at a time. 🌿

not perfect, but present. 💛
After everything my body has been through,
today I choose to show up… softly, slowly, strongly.
