Want to share one of acute case of cough which was dramatically cured due to taking some of very peculiar symptoms

35 years old female came to me with complaint of very severe dry cough and which was aggravated mostly in morning

she explained it that during cough she gets pain in chest

on her tongue with careful observation there were red papillae very much marked

following rubrics I took

two remedies Arsenicum album and Aconite were coming in indicated remedies

Arsenic was given as there was marked weakness present

Ars alb 200 one dose twice a day given and told her to report me

after first dose only cough reduced to 50%
