Post workout feeling especially after a favorite workout is always an enormous happiness...

I enjoy all types of workouts but my personal most favourite workout is the step aerobics workout which I have been doing for the last 10-12 years and I really really enjoy doing aerobics...

The benefits which you experience after doing your favorite workout:
1. Mental clarity.
2. Sense of achievement
3. Boosted mood
4. Improved health
5. Better sleep

So always go for those workouts which you like the most but also try to learn all types of workouts...

Circuit workout...

It's a group of 6 exercises which we did in a circuit...

This workout includes a mix of cardio, strength, and core exercises, providing a full-body workout. Aim to complete each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between, repeating the circuit 2-3 times depending on your fitness level.

Today, I want to share my health transformation story....

I was always underweight since childhood and that too because of poor eating habits and digestion problems and during pregnancy, I gained 10 kg and was at an ideal weight till the age of 43.

After 40, I started suffering from vitamin deficiencies, high cholesterol, skin pigmentation, hair loss, lethargic feeling and my digestion became worse.

I came to know about the health improvement program and I immediately started on this and my health started improving and right now, at the age of 51, I am enjoying a complete healthy and medicine-free life.

Little changes in lifestyle changed my life completely and I am really enjoying every bit of it..

This is so true…

When you are in the nature, in the woods, you get a chance to connect to yourself and this helps to clear your thoughts and you feel a divine connection and this helps in cleansing yourself from inside…

So try to spend as much time as possible in nature and be yourself…

Congratulations Shreeya for an amazing 5.5 kg weight loss and 2.5% fat loss in just five weeks. This is the perfect example of following 80-20 rule i.e. 80% diet and 20% exercise.

Shreeya is an engineering student and despite her submissions, exams and hectic schedule, she followed everything very sincerely without any problem.

Solution to improve my digestion problem..

The solution is healthy active lifestyle.

Healthy: Healthy eating
Active: Physical activity i.e. exercise
Lifestyle: incorporate above two things and this has to be your lifestyle.

Changing my sedentary lifestyle with healthy active lifestyle has resolved my chronic digestion problem completely.

This is related to my chronic indigestion problem, which I was suffering since my childhood.

I got the permanent solution for that and now it has resolved completely and now I am living a complete medicine-free life.

I will tell you about that solution tomorrow…
