Post workout feeling especially after a favorite workout is always an enormous happiness...
I enjoy all types of workouts but my personal most favourite workout is the step aerobics workout which I have been doing for the last 10-12 years and I really really enjoy doing aerobics...
The benefits which you experience after doing your favorite workout:
1. Mental clarity.
2. Sense of achievement
3. Boosted mood
4. Improved health
5. Better sleep
So always go for those workouts which you like the most but also try to learn all types of workouts...
