Last weekend we held a meditation retreat at .mulshi, Pune. But it didnā€™t feel like a typical ā€œretreatā€.

People who didnā€™t know each other sat together in silence, laughed together, shared their stories & experience, and were hugging like old friends by the end of it.

Everyone used this space to breathe, feel, & be a little more honest with themselves.
Thank you all who showed up with openness and trust.

These are the moments that remind us why we do this. šŸ¤
