Looking forward to speaking at the upcoming Russian Plastic surgery Aesthetic medicine and cosmetology annual conference. Going to lecture on Deep Plane facelift Versus Lamellar high subsmas facelift, and using nostril shape as a guide to Augmentation. Along with chairing a session on facial rejuvenation. Some revision rhinoplasties are difficult and some are very difficult 😅 this was one of the latter. Firstly, everything is stuck in fibrous concrete. You have to free normal cartilage out from that mess. Then you don’t know what is the altered anatomy from previous surgery. Then you have to identify the faults that were not corrected during the last operation. Find suitable means and ways to correct them and essential get a result the patient will be happy with. Usually the patient always wants a perfect nose. Not easy but we try. This is one of those cases. Used a rib graft for reconstructing the bent crooked septum and missing part. Dorsum augmentation in my favourite style. Hope he allows me to share his post op photos. Keep following

Greatest aesthetic congress, this side of the world, just concluded at Singapore. A superb venue- the sands expo at Marina Bay sands, got us to experience the efficiency and top class facilities and Audiovisuals. The organisation by Matt Yeo and Isaps backend team, led by Sarah Johnson was superb. Planned to the minutest detail. I had back to back meetings, moderations and presentations. Met so many friends from around the globe and made new ones. The Indian association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (IAAPS) had a strong representation of close to 60 delegates, one of the top three countries. For the first time ever we had an IAAPS session at ISAPS Olympiad. My work on correction of tired eyes was awarded a silver medal too. Many IAAPS members took home awards for their work. All in all a very satisfying successful congress for everyone. ,
