My practise of उपविष्ट कोणासन!
Managing to get the chin touch the floor implying the spine is extended & neck is neutral which is definitely a better form than bending the neck to get the forehead touch the floor to compensate for lesser extention of the spine. With more practise, the chest will open more leading to improved flow towards the ground hence a little more extension of the spine.
As a yoga teacher, it's imperative for me to practically understand all the nuances of each & every asana in order to correctly teach it to my students.
