To sit properly while working, you can try these tips:

*Position-
Sit up straight with your knees and hips at about a 90 degree angle. Your knees should be slightly lower than your hips, and your feet should be flat on the floor or a footrest.

*Support-
Use a well-padded seat to support your thighs and hips. Your back should be fully supported with lumbar support.

*Posture-
Keep your shoulders relaxed and low, and your elbows tucked in. Avoid slouching, and don't bend forward or to the side.

*Eyes-
Position your work so that it's 10° to 30° below your line of sight. Look forward to avoid neck strain.

*Movement-
Take standing breaks every 30 minutes. You can go to the bathroom, stretch, get a drink, or grab a snack. You can also go for a walk during your lunch break.

*Frequency-
Avoid sitting for more than 50 minutes at a time.

If you're experiencing pain in your neck, shoulders, back, elbows, or wrists, you can try physiotherapy. Physical therapy can help you learn proper stretching, strengthening, and body mechanics.
