👉🏻 गर्भधारणा होण्यात अडथळे येणाऱ्या अनेक जोडप्यांसाठी एका नंतर एक अश्या अनेक वंध्यत्व चिकित्सालयांमध्ये जाणे हे एक दु:स्वप्नच असते.

गर्भधारणा होण्यास सक्षम नसण्याची भावना उध्वस्त करणारी आहे. आपल्याला नेमके कशामुळे वंध्यत्व आले आहे व कोणत्या उपचारांनी आपण आई- बाबा होऊ शकतो या दोन्हीही गोष्टींची माहिती नसल्याने अशा जोडप्यांचा भितीने पुरेपूर ताबा घेतलेला असतो.

व त्यामुळे घाई गड़बड़ीत अनेक चुकिचे , महाग़ाचे निर्णय अवेळी घेतले जातात आणि जर अपयश आल तर पदरी पड़ते ते फ़क्त नैराश्य.अश्यावेळी आपल्याच भारतात ५००० वर्षापूर्वी जन्म घेतलेला आयुर्वेद आशेचे किरण बनतो . हे आम्ही रोज़च पहतोय .

अगदी ४-५ IUI मग ५-६ IVF fail झालेले पूर्णतः हतबल झालेले patients जेव्हा कुणाकडून तरी ऐकुन आयुर्वेदा कडे सगळयात शेवटचा पर्याय म्हणून येतात तेव्हा वाईट पण वाटत व कुठेतरी पुन्हा नवा उत्साह पण अंगी येत असतो .

👉🏻 नक्किच आयुर्वेदिक़ चिकित्सा करताना patience ठेवणे गरजेचे असते , पण अनेक लोक म्हणतात तसा खूप वेळ लागतों , slow acting असे काही नाही.

Clinically proven formulations Develop झाल्यावर तर मी म्हणेन असे अजिबातच होत नाही. किती तरी patients सांगितलेल्या निम्म्याच्या निम्म्या वेळेत पूर्णपणे बरे होतात. अनेक chronic diseease शी वर्षानवर्षे त्रासलेले patients काही महिन्यातच पूर्णपणे बरे होतात. वंध्यत्वाच्या बाबतीतच बघितले तर अगदी ८-९ वर्ष वंध्यत्वशी झगडणारे patients ३-६ महिन्यात नैसर्गिक रित्या conceive होतात.

नक्किच वैद्याने संगीतलेलं सगळं ऐकतात पाळतात तेव्हाच यश लवकर येत असतं.

सुशिक्षितपणा आणि आस्तिक भाव हे दोन्ही पण असले क़ी यश लवकर येते .आमचा विश्वास नाही हयाने त्याने संगीतल म्हणून आम्ही हे करतोय , चिकित्सा घेतोय की थोड़ा दूजाभाव निर्माण होत असतो. मनात एक आणि जनात एक अशी भावना आली की मग नक्किच वेळ लागतो.

सश्रद्ध आस्तिक आयुर्वेदावर विश्वास असलेला , पथ्य पालन करणारा , नियमित योग -प्राणयाम -व्यायाम , दिनचर्या पालन करणारा असा patient नक्किच लवकर बरा होतों हां आमचा पण स्वानुभव आहे.

👉🏻 आता थोड वंध्यत्वा बद्दल पाहु ,

आई बनण्यासाठी किंवा यशस्वी गर्भधारणेसाठी अंडाशयाची क्षमता व्यवस्थित असणे अत्यंत गरजेचे असते. यामुळे गर्भधारणा होण्याची आणि बाळ सुदृढ जन्माला येण्याची शक्यता वाढते. तर महिला काही नैसर्गिक पद्धतींचा वापर करुन अंडाशयाच्या क्षमतेत सुधारणा आणू शकतात.

वय तीस पूर्ण होण्याच्या आत गर्भधारणा प्लॅन करणे उत्तम पण काही कारणाने ते शक्य नसेल तर मग निदान AMH ही तपासणी करून जननक्षमतेचा अंदाज घेणे संयुक्तिक आहे. गर्भधारणेच्या बाबतीत स्त्रीचे वय हा सर्वात महत्वाचा आणि मोठा घटक आहे ही गोष्ट लक्षात घेणे अत्यंत आवश्यक आहे.

आयुर्वेदिक शमन व शोधन चिकित्सेने AMH वाढलेले आम्ही अनेक patients मध्ये पाहत आहोत . बीजजनन, प्रजास्थापन , वयस्थापन रसायन वाजीकरण चिकित्सा याने हे यश मिळाले त्यामुळे अनेक patients मध्ये Egg donar टळले अनेकांमध्ये IVF पण टळले तर अनेक naturally conceive झाले , मग़ ती primary infertility असो वा secondary.

Last option न पाहता first choice म्हणून आयुर्वेद शास्त्राला ,चिकित्सेला पाहिले असता वंध्यत्व चिकित्सेला म्हणा वा इतर आजारांकरिता म्हणा, नक्किच एक वेगळी कलाटणी येते हे आम्ही पाहिले आहे .

अश्यावेळी patients च्या चेंह-यावरिल आनंद आणि आमच्या चेह-यावरिल समाधान हे काही वेगळेच असतात .

Sometimes, especially in those with irregular menstrual cycle, it’s hard to detect early pregnancy. Other than blood tests, you can guess the pregnancy with the following symptoms:

1. Missed Menstrual Period
2. ⁠Breast Changes
3. ⁠Nausea & Vomiting
4. ⁠Frequent urination
5. ⁠Fatigue
6. ⁠Implantation Bleeding (mostly confused as periods spotting)
