Our muscular architecture has ancient memories imbibed or stored with coded form in our ancient brain. After birth at each developmental stage, the child on their own efforts unwinds with their own pathway efforts - failure and success. We should not interfere or obstruct them as these encoding forms are most vital for physical, physiological and psychological development. If we handle them wrongly they skip quickly and decoding of sequential order with specific direction of voluntary muscular flow get disturbed. Further this defect gets carried away with new remodelling behavior of muscles and with automation and reflex as well as defensive mechanism, their stiffness gets increased. This process of physical distortion affects physiological function of organ systems situated within body cavities which has psychological behaviour impact on children which affects their mental health.
Let children learn this technique as early as possible which is most important in today's fast lifestyle.

To make ourselves healthy we have to keep our strongest voluntary muscular system healthy. They are voluntary and under our conscious will. To keep our beautifully designed muscular architecture healthy we have to make conscious efforts to move them in their natural sequntial order and flow. This is stored, imbibed in our ancient brain which we have to learn consciously to store or memory programming in our conscious brain to become it's nature that is ease state. Our each and every physical action is important otherwise it reacts in name of uneasiness, discomfort, illness, diseases.
Prevention is always better than cure.

Human life span has five stages as follows:
1) Prenatal Development - conception to birth. Apart from genetic, development is depend on state of mothers own Physical distortion and physiological status.
2) Infancy and Toddlerhood - birth through two years. Very important period of unwinding stages.
3) Early Childhood – 3 to 5 years
4) Middle Childhood – 6 to 11 years
5) Adolescence – 12 years to adulthood.
Human beings are highest evolve and intellectual species. We are biped ( vertical body on two legs ).
Hence , our developmental period is longer and most important and essential to keep us physically Physiologically and mentally in stable and Healthy state.
These developmental period has particular sequential order of stages.
In our ancient brain has stored information or memory of these sequential order of Muscular architecture into a special form that is coding which is a secret of Nature or Universe.
All these movements exist in a genetically programmed form and are stored in the memory center in our ancient brain.
A child unwinds these and learns these actions on their own efforts – failure and succeed process quickly over a period of 2 year’s time.
Slowly these sequential flow of movement of muscular architecture are brought under the volitional control of cerebrum by learning process on their own , from knee elbow position to lying on back then right from rolling over on the belly to sliding forward on belly towards classic crawling with variations of sitting poses towards standing and walking.
Then this order goes into automation and get lost and forgotten as We have not learned this intellectually. Therefore ,from early developmental period to Puberty is important to improve and enhance . Otherwise distortion begins at this childhood stages and we can observe this in today’s fast lifestyle more , so we are marching fast.
If we have insight, can observe this flow of sequential order of coding in beautifully designed of our muscular architecture in this unwinding stages that is decoding of infant developmental period up to two years .
These are in specific patterns of forms of codes using particular rules and regulations of universal laws .
Yoga Shastra knows these coding and decoding process hence give guarantee about Health and is prerequisite to reach further evolve stages, because diseases are first obstacle.
The process of conversion these decoding patterns into original forms, from our individual forms. Expert teacher must have this basic knowledge to guide while teaching
“Asanas”.

*Happy international yoga day to all of you*

**Organ System Collaboration* is amazing . It works together in a completely synchronised way , in a harmony and continuously , consistently throughout our lifespan.

The interesting thing about organ systems is that none of them are able to complete their function without the help of other organ system .
This is the reason why a problem in one organ system will cause problems in other body systems. They are all interdependent , meaning that they need each other in order to function .

We humans are a bit more complex because we are biped and have a vertical structure.Therefore our muscular system has tremendous pressure to make us physically stable and to move in any direction. They are the only movers which move our body and simultaneously help to move inner organ systems , creating pressure difference for ventilation and inner environment with relation with outer atmosphere pressure and space.

Our multiple organ systems are situated within voluntary muscular architecture.
Therefore to improve and enhance the mechanism of all these organ systems, it is essential for us to strictly follow the very basic physical principles , laws of the Universe which govern our own physical body. Nature has given this strong medium under our violation.
But in today’s lifestyle we have lost its voluntariness and its memory which is imbibed in our ancient brain and unwinding stages of childhood but it’s gone into automation once as a child we stand and walk . We have to learn these sequential order of flow of musculature through asanas which I call intellectual movements, which are not just stretching or flexibility of joints or exercise by moving from joints .

We have lost and forgotten its most important properties of elasticity and expansion as contraction and excitation is totally dependent on these two properties . Therefore this muscular system is leading us towards ill- health and diseases at a very early age because we are adapting wrongly and not making efforts to get in tune with the Universe and keep blaming outside things and the environment which is not in our side and keep convincing it in a wrong way to ourselves.

*Yoga Asanas* are the most powerful tool but in today's lifestyle the most difficult pathway to work physically within as the conscious movement of muscular architecture needs more strength and will to practice and the right direction of forces.
There is a huge difference between doing movement from joints and conscious efforts to move muscles in a particular direction in the same Asana. Its an adventurous journey within from doing to reaching at the level of being – natural state.
