No pain no gain : is this an obsolete thought ? .. had a killer workout today , was in pain during .. but super fresh later in the day ! Do we attribute too much to getting results by overdoing it ? Is the easy path justified ? I’m just old school and sticking with it . But it does make me wonder .. is there an easier path in life ? Should we be working smarter ?

So grateful to be a part of the Pune Dental Show 2025 , a dental conference and trade exhibit in Balewadi Pune . This time to chair 2 sessions , one core Prosthodontic topic: options for over denture by Dr. Paresh Gandhi who has been my professor in my undergraduate years , and one session showcasing 3 young upcoming dentists speaking on topics ranging from shade selection , distraction osteogenesis in sleep apnea and lasers in dentistry . The podium is a great place to acquire knowledge . Thanks to Dr Priya Lele for organising this event !

A change of Guard!! The practice is growing and so are our associates . We welcome the ever smiling Dr Himchumi , an endodontist to our practice and bid farewell to Dr. Nishad , also an endodontist and who now feels like an integral part of our family. He has been with us for nearly a year now . A change is inevitable but brings with it winds of change ! We look forward to welcoming our clients with fresh energy :) we wish Dr. Nishad and Indrani all the best for their future together !

I’m not easily fazed , but I know what a fan girl moment is today !!! Pandit Ajay Pohankar walked into my OPD at DMH today and I was totally stumped . I spent my entire 5 years of dental school travel time listening to his albums . And it was a 40 min one way travel . My carpool buddy will know what I feel when she reads this post ! Oh my oh my ! The impact his music has made on me . I’m pretty sure I got serious about my love for classical music in those 5 years . A big shout out to Anuradha Tai Kuber whom I am currently learning music from . I cherish all the people who have made any and all the contribution for my life for music, which is my actual oxygen for survival . Food for my soul
