I started my career as a fitness trainer. I'm interested to shearing knowledge about health and fitness. fitness is a human ability to achieve different components of fitness such as cardio vascular endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, muscular skeletal strength, and also to achieve ideal body composition. it can performed by strength training, cardio activity, static and passive stretches etc.
