Losing muscle function means not being able to do fundamental movements that you're evolved to do like running, walking, jumping, throwing without struggle. Sucks to say bye-bye to your latest endeavor, be it running, hiking or dancing...
So what do you do to avoid this loss of function... Workout like crazy?
Working out does help in improving muscle function to a great degree. However, when you're working out, your body has a preferred way of orientation to movement that has developed over the course of your lifetime.
When you're working out like crazy with your preferred way of movement that is ingrained in your skeleton, your body's tissues will start drying out in the places where the most unbalanced of forces are inflicted upon i.e. in your ligaments and joint cavities.
This uncontrolled wear and tear is happening not only when you work out, but also when you're not, silently dehydrating your tissues. That's because your body doesn't know how to operate or rest without these anchors in place.
So what can you do to counter this?
Switch off your constantly fired up muscles by breaking these lumps of calcified tissues that are anchored in your skeleton.
But if you can't sense them you can't cleanse them.
We teach our clients the techniques to sense, map out and erase these lumps in our 5 week Bijamukti program.
Want to experience how these badly anchored positions are not letting you perform beyond an amateur level? Want to level up your game 10x and also rest peacefully?

(P.S. not more than 10 seats available for the upcoming batch. This is only for those who are sincere about putting in the work to meet their targets. We will interview those interested to see if you're the right candidate for this program)
