36 year old female with history of betelnut chewing since 10 years.poor periodontal support and all lower anterior mobile.. instead of extraction followd by bridge..we tried to save the existing teeth with splinting. In splinting we bind the teeth with an wire which helps to hold the tooth in the position. This wire is placed on inner side of teeth and hence donot harm aesthetics. Patient has been asked to quit the existing betelnut habbit and has been recalled after 6 months to know the progres..

A case of 4 yr old female patient successfuly done under local aneasthesia at clinic yesterday by consultant pedodontist Dr.Nitish ingle .
Yet to complete anteriors in next apointment.
A pulpectomy is root canal therapy on a primary (or baby) tooth.
While many people believe that "because it will fall out anyways, there's no point in saving the tooth", this is a MYTH.
Extracting the tooth instead, can disrupt the normal growth of the permanent tooth (or teeth!) underneath - In the long run, it will involve more extensive dental treatments to correct (and thus, be more expensive for the person).
