🕉️ Yam Deepak Ritual | Dhanteras | 18th October (5–7 PM)

This sacred ritual is believed to ward off premature death, accidents, and unforeseen misfortunes by invoking the divine protection of Lord Yama, the guardian of life & karma.

Wheat flour (atta) + raw milk (binder)

Mustard oil
4 cotton wicks (for 4-faced diya)

₹1 coin

5 grains — rice, urad dal, lobia, masur dal, green moong dal

1️⃣ Mix atta with raw milk and form a four-faced diya.
2️⃣ Add mustard oil and place four wicks facing all directions.
3️⃣ On a plate, place the 5 grains + ₹1 coin.
4️⃣ Light the diya and place it in the East direction of your home or workplace.
5️⃣ Offer gratitude to Lord Yama, seeking protection and longevity.
