RAAHAT means alleviation or relief
and that is the purpose behind this endeavor - to help and guide others get relief and solace from their emotional and physiological troubles. I first experienced Energy Healing after undergoing a severe attack of dengue, through the agency of my sister who helped me recover from both mental and physical ailments. This invoked in me a desire to help others who a

re in distress. I underwent training in Reiki healing and my spiritual journey began. As a certified Reiki practitioner, I use an amalgamation of Reiki, Crystal and Angel healing along with meditation to connect with people who are in need of help. I have been guided spiritually on this path of wellness and fulfilment. In addition to Reiki, I am also an NLP practitioner which allows me to assist people at a subconscious level to improve and enhance their day to day lives. I am counseling a lot of people and helping them handle anxiety, fear and uncertainty and live a happier, healthier and purposeful life.
