💚✨ Let’s understand the Heart Chakra.

This is the fourth of the the seven main Chakras in the chakra system.

It is located at the center of the chest.
Heart Chakra is the place of love, compassion,
and emotional balance. When in harmony, you feel love and compassion for yourself and others.

A blocked heart chakra may cause issue
with numbing of emotions, difficulty in accepting reality, forgiving yourself and feelings of disconnection
from oneself or/and the world. 🚫💔

Cultivate gratitude and kindness –
volunteer, lend a helping hand,
embrace heart-focused yoga poses,
and meditate on the soothing green or pink.
