Honoured to be part of the TMV National Conference 2026, an inspiring international platform focused on Mental Health & Holistic Wellbeing in Higher Education.

It was a privilege to witness the energy of 1000+ students, faculty members, educators, and respected mental health professionals coming together for one important cause — student wellbeing.

The panel discussion on “The Silent Struggle: Pressure, Perception & Student Mental Health” created meaningful conversations around academic stress, emotional resilience, social pressure, and the need for stronger support systems.

The active participation from students during the Q&A session showed one clear message — today’s youth are ready to speak, learn, and grow when given the right platform.

Grateful to be part of such a powerful event that turned awareness into action. Conversations like these can truly shape healthier campuses and stronger futures.

The session will focus on understanding adolescent emotional development, anxiety and stress related to academics and social pressures, the role of parents in supporting young minds, and the importance of digital well-being.

• वास्तव: आज लोक आजीसोबत संवाद साधण्याऐवजी तिचा फोटो काढून सोशल मीडियावर 'ग्रँडमदर्स डे' साजरा करण्यात मग्न असतात.
• नियम: कुटुंबाने दिवसातून किमान एक वेळचे जेवण फोनशिवाय एकत्र करावे, जेणेकरून एकमेकांशी संवाद साधता येईल.
• आठवण: फोन आपल्यासाठी आहे, आपण फोनसाठी नाही, हे समजून घेणे गरजेचे आहे
