Its leading cause of decreased bone strength in wonen after menopause
We often see arround us women more than 55 or 60 yrs complaining of generalised weakness, lethargy, multiple joint pain.
Even sometimes it lead to trivial fall causing fractures.
Fracture arround wrist joint, hip joint and in back are very common in this age group.
All of this happen because of osteoporosis.
We can prevent all these complications, if we take necessary precautions in timely manner.
Screen yourself for bone strength.
If your bone strength is less , necessary investigations and prompt treatment prevents further problems and suffering.

Lot of people are suffering from osteoporosis and they are not even aware about it.
People realise it only when they get fracture.
Osteoporosis is silent disease which we can easily prevent.
Let us all join hands together to prevent our parents and elderly people from osteoporosis.
