Hello Guys, How are you all?Hope you all are taking a good care of yourself and following social distancing.
As the lockdown rules are being relieved,it is now our responsibility to stick to the social distancing,wear masks when out and Ofcourse take a healthy diet.
There are few things we all have realised during the lockdown that-
1)We were eating only homemade food during lockdown which never gave us any serious health problem.Rather homemade food gave us happiness and health.So many people learnt new dishes and were so happy to feed their families,what else we want in our lives.
2)We were having workouts at home,some of you might have done meditation as well.It gave us positive energy to fight against Corona and made us fit.
3)We were working from home so we had more time to spend with our loved ones.No going out,no parties which made us to spend the more time with our family❤️
So the agenda of writing all this is,let us continue to have the same life even if the lockdown is bit relieved now,let us take care of ourselves and people around us by following social distancing.
Here are few tips to increase the immunity as many of you are back to work now-
1)Eat only homemade food and drink a filtered water which you have brought from home.Do not share your food or water with anyone.
2)Have a handful of dryfruits in a day which gives us more energy.
3)Drink turmeric milk with pinch of dry ginger powder before going to bed every night to improve immunity.
4)Take a food which is rich in Vit.D which helps us to improve immunity.So add Milk,ghee,cheese in your daily diet.
5)Exercise atleast for 30minutes.Meditate for atleast 10-15 .min.Yoga helps to maintain physical and mental health so doing yoga is the best during these tough times.
6)Pranayam helps to improve the immunity and keeps us away from respiratory diseases.Hence doing Pranayam is the best for a good health
6)Wake up early and go to bed before 11pm.Take a good sleep for 7-8 hours.Getting a good sleep helps to stay healthy mentally and physically as well.
7)Finish your dinner by 8pm and have a walk(we called it Shatpavali)after 1/2 an hour once you finish your dinner.Walking for 15-20 mins helps digestion and prevents us from having hyperacidity & bloating.
8)Do not take any medicines without consulting your doctor.
