Dietitian Shreesha Gijare, M.Sc (CND), CDE, ISSA(SSN) is a qualified Sports and Clinical Dietitian from India and have over 9 years of experience in health management through Diet and lifestyle techniques.My interests are in understanding in detail about the role of lifestyle modification and drug free living. I have been giving talks in hospitals, corporate sectors, gyms and health club about healthy living and adapting to positive behaviours. My work involved planning and prescribing the diets for Weight management, clinical ailments, Sportsmen and Women. And have also worked with the Executive Chef for designing health Recipes and calculating its Nutritive Value. I have recently completed my second Master’s degree from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford (U.K) in Applied Sports and Exercise Nutrition.
